If you are at a state with SpyCop Cloak that it is asking if you should allow or deny a process from executing a specific event, you should try to get more details about the application before making the decision.
This can be done by clicking the details button on the User Access Control screen.
In the Details screen you can view many different properties of the application in question.
You are able to view things like Filename, File Description, File Comments, File Version, Icon, Company Name, Copyright information, Product Name, and Product Version.
With this information you should be more able to decide if this is an application that you trust or not.
If it is an application like Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Word, or Internet Explorer that is giving the Allow/Deny screen you should allow them if you trust that specific application.
If you are not sure about the application in question, we suggest that you Deny the event from happening for that application.
You can always change your decision later from the Block List screen.
Sometimes when you deny an application from doing an event you may notice that some features of that application no longer work as expected.
In these cases you probably should have allowed that event to happen, unless it is a spyware application.
To change the setting, just bring up the SpyCop Cloak Block List screen and find your application in the list and change the Deny to an Allow.
You will probably need to restart the application after this change.
