SpyCop Cloak Customer Help Center

Are there potential conflicts between SpyCop Cloak and other security products?

Along with making your keystrokes invisible to all keyloggers, we have included in SpyCop Cloak what we call our Internal System Firewall, that alerts you to ANY program that could pose a potential security risk.

Yes many legitimate programs do pose security risks, that is why we've included within SpyCop Cloak a white list or safe list.

What that means is when you are alerted to a potential security risk, if this is a legitimate program, you simply click allow and it is added to your white list, and you won't be bothered again. This will handle any security software that would normally conflict with SpyCop Cloak.

The only thing you need to be aware of is SpyCop Cloak must be able to access our server for license verification and updates.

If it can't reach our server, it will fail to initialize and won't do it's job.
