Failure To Initialize

SpyCop Cloak will get a "failure to initialize" error when it can't contact our server for verification. Please be sure that it isn't being blocked by your firewall or your virus protection software. You may have to disable these when first installing SpyCop Cloak. Also you must be online when you install SpyCop Cloak to allow the software to contact our servers.

If you are getting a "failure to initialize" you may have to uninstall SpyCop Cloak and reinstall. During the reinstall, be sure your firewall & anti virus programs are not blocking the install.
